Do NOT make another payment. Most cases resolve within 30 minutes to 2 hours. If your ticket is still not confirmed after 2 hours, visit our Payment Issue page or WhatsApp us with your booking details. We will investigate and resolve it.
Log in to the airline's website, go to Manage Booking, enter your PNR, and select Cancel. Cancellation charges depend on the airline and how far in advance you cancel. Visit our Cancellation Help page for step-by-step guidance.
Refund timelines depend on your payment method: Credit card: 5-7 business days, Debit card: 5-10 business days, UPI: 3-7 business days. If your refund is delayed beyond 15 days, contact the airline or visit our Refund Help page.

You need a government-issued photo ID: Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, or driving license. College ID, PAN card, and credit cards are NOT valid for airport entry.
For domestic flights, arrive 2 hours before departure. For your first time flying or at busy airports like Delhi T1 or Mumbai T1, arrive 2.5 hours early.
